TVARITA – Return & Exchange Policy

Making a purchase with TVARITA means you acknowledge, understand, and agree to our terms below. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth, transparent, and delightful as possible.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Products on sale, discount, or purchased using a coupon/gift voucher are not eligible for return or refund.✅ When Exchange is Accepted

We offer hassle-free exchanges in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

An incorrect item was delivered.

In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement pickup and delivery.

🔁 Other Exchange Scenarios

If you received the correct product but wish to exchange it for another reason (such as color preference):

Courier charges apply:

₹150 for 1–2 items

₹200 for more than 2 items

Exchange will be processed after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check.

Items that have been stitched, altered, or customized by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

📦 General Exchange Terms

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer and non-refundable.

After quality check, a store credit (minus courier charges) will be issued, valid for 30 days.

We provide a reverse pickup facility.

Please collect an acknowledgement receipt from the courier with their signature and contact number.

TVARITA is not responsible for lost parcels without proper proof of dispatch.

❌ Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted If:

You simply don’t like the material or color (please read product details and view photos carefully).

There is a minor color difference (5–10%) due to screen resolution or camera lighting.

The product has been worn, washed, or altered.

It is a custom or made-to-order item (details mentioned on product page).

You purchased from the Sale or Clearance section.
